We are proud to introduce our first generation of our brand-new Core series CPU series, codenamed Crystal Lake. These processors are designed to deliver unprecedented performance and efficiency for a wide range of applications, from gaming to productivity.
Crystal Lake processors use the new S1800 socket, which has 1,800 pins for improved power delivery and compatibility with future generations. They also feature our revolutionary Advanced Dynamic Instruction set (ADI64), which allows for the efficiency of RISC instruction sets (such as ARM) yet can dynamically switch on the fly to a larger, more expansive instruction set seamlessly when better performance is needed, combining ultra efficiency and performance, all in one!
Crystal Lake processors also come with integrated graphics units (IGUs) that offer stunning visuals and smooth gaming experiences. The IGUs are based on our Xi architecture and support DirectX 12 Ultimate, Vulkan, and ray tracing. Some of the IGU models available are:
- Xi QHD 110: 16 execution units (EUs), up to 1.2 GHz
- Xi QHD 120: 32 EUs, up to 1.4 GHz
- Xi QHD 140: 48 EUs, up to 1.6 GHz
- Xi QHD 160: 64 EUs, up to 1.8 GHz
- Xi QHD 180: 80 EUs, up to 2 GHz
Some models also have hybrid cores, some for efficiency (E-Cores) and some for performance (P-Cores), that can work together or independently depending on the workload.
Here are some examples of our Crystal Lake processors:
- Core i3-1330: This processor has 2 P-Cores and 2 E-Cores, with a base frequency of 4 GHz and a boost frequency of 4.8 GHz. It has 8 MB of L3 cache and supports up to 64 GB of DDR7 memory. It has an IGU with 32 execution units (EUs) and a TDP of 65 W.
- Core i5-1550: This processor has 4 P-Cores and 4 E-Cores, with a base frequency of 4 GHz and a boost frequency of 5 GHz. It has 12 MB of L3 cache and supports up to 128 GB of DDR7 ECC memory. It has an IGU with 48 EUs and a TDP of 95 W.
- Core i7-1750: This processor has 8 P-Cores and 8 E-Cores, with a base frequency of 4 GHz and a boost frequency of 5.2 GHz. It has 16 MB of L3 cache and supports up to 512 GB of DDR7 ECC memory. It has an IGU with 64 EUs and a TDP of 125 W.
- Core i9-1950: This processor has 16 P-Cores and 16 E-Cores, with a base frequency of 4 GHz and a boost frequency of 5.5 GHz. It has 20 MB of L3 cache and supports up to 4 TB of DDR7 ECC memory. It has an IGU with 80 EUs and a TDP of 165 W.
