As some of you may have noticed, some critical problems occurring have been fixed, such as…
- The user could only see new messages when refreshing the page.
- The engine would claim no agents were available at that time even though there were some available.
- The user could not share images.
- Agents’ profile photos would overlap each other.
- There would be a large delay with sending/receiving messages.
- And many more problems!
